ADVENT TREE STORY

Many years ago when my 2 children were young, they became disenchanted with cardboard Advent Trees with a few cheap chocolates inside and said ~ “Daddy you always build us a wonderful Christmas extravaganza” – We have had Santas Workshop in a giant mushroom, Santas Castle at the north pole, the mighty mountain snow covered sky run for Santa and the elves. So “Daddy will you build us the very best Advent Calendar ever?”

The gauntlet was thrown down and I accepted the challenge. Two years later we had a handmade timber advent Tree standing 125cm high with 25 doors all on tiny brass hinges and each box and candle illuminated. Over the years on our many travels we have collected miniature scenes with figures from India to America, Greece to Bristol for our precious family Advent Tree.

It’s the forever Christmas decoration unpacked every Christmas and loved by all that come by our house. So many friends  and colleagues have asked me to make them thier own Advent Tree. It has taken six months to find the right and highly qualified laser cutting company, an amazing Somerset artist who hand paints each Advent Tree as a work of art and a retired specialist electrician to illuminate it. As well as this we have sourced the right size miniature bottles, Bay Tree and Truffle Hunters seasonal foodie treats, and Rumsey’s delicious handmade chocolates, and 25 Lemax traditional scenes, the then finally your Advent Tree is ready.

We believe this is the Best Advent Calendar available today.

This is a ‘forever’ Advent Tree and Christmas decoration which unveils more and more excitement as the season progresses and will bring years of pleasure for generations to come.
